Engine remapping involves uploading a file to the vehicle's ECU via the OBD port. This is known as "Flash Tuning" and is the way most modern engines are programed. It offers great flexibility in tuning options whether your vehicle has a petrol or diesel engine.
Up to 30% more power can be generated without adversely affecting the mechanical components of the vehicle.
For those seeking more mpg , an economy remap can deliver up to a 20% improvement in fuel consumption.
Engine remapping is suitable for petrol and diesel engines in cars, motorhomes, vans and trucks. Prices start at £300. We also offer a mobile engine remapping service which is particularly suitable for fleet owners.
We supply two products from V-Tech suitable for diesel engines. Both are plug in devices which modify the factory fuel pressure maps to improve the efficiency of the engine.
The EcoBox delivers up to a 12% improvement in fuel economy as well as a 10% increase in power. It costs £315 plus P&P.
The PowerBox has 9 settings; the standard setting delivers 20% more power and torque but can be adjusted to suit the vehicle's workload to alter the balance between power and economy.

Microlon is a once only engine treatment suitable for all petrol and diesel engines.
It delivers improved BHP and torque, between 10% and 30% improvement in fuel economy and reduces emissions by up to 45%.
Microlon ia added to the crankcase and fuel tank. Once inside the engine the solution penetrates and thoroughly cleans the internal metal surfaces before impregnating them. The result is less friction and an improvement in performance and economy.
